Configure Invoice Email Settings Faster by Using Email Body Snippets

In this video, we will demonstrate how Email templates from Docentric report setup can be used as snippets when configuring the email body for the Sales invoice report.
Email templates are designed using the same rich HTML editor and placeholders, and can be configured per report and company but also per language.
In general, Email templates can act in two ways:
- As Email templates of outgoing emails, to better support multilingual requirements. Learn more >>
- As Email body snippets, i.e. as a snippet repository for different languages or email body parts.
The good news is that Email body snippets is part of Free Edition, and you can use it completely free of charge! We will demonstrate here their second purpose: Email body snippets.
