You can now distribute reports with additional attachments to any print destination. And that’s not all - report attachments are now even more flexible:

• In addition to previously supported loading of existing D365FO attachments, you can now also generate attachments on the fly, in parallel with the main report execution. Learn more >>

e-Invoices can now be generated automatically during the main invoice document generation, and delivered together with it, all based on a simple configuration.

• Generate the XML e-Invoice as an additional report attachment based on existing ER format, such as UBL, Peppol, or similar. Both standard and third party e-Invoicing ER formats can be used.
• Combine the generated XML with the main report document and deliver them together.
• Generate and distribute ZUGFeRD and Factur-X compliant invoices. They have very specific requirements, which can be achieved through a simple configuration. Learn more >>

🎁 Free Edition 👉🏽 Zipping

When a report and its attachments are delivered using Docentric File or Email print destination, you can now zip them in different ways through flexible configuration:

• Zip only the report
• Zip only attachments
• Zip the report and attachments together
• Organize zipped content into separate folders

It is just a matter of simple setup in the Print destination settings form.

✨ Full Edition 👉🏽 Advanced Email Tokens

If you're heavily relying on Print management with email tokens, this feature is for you.

• Now you can access a broader range of email contact information, such as addresses linked to Contact persons, Legal entity, Order account, Logistics addresses, Order, Project, Quote, RFQ and Prospect.
• Flexible combinations of purposes and primary contacts enables the precise filtering of multiple addresses.
• One token can have multiple sources of email addresses, processed in a defined order, either always or conditionally.
• Use the dedicated test form to review detailed results for any given journal.

✨ Full Edition 👉🏽 Improved CSS Support in Docentric Designer

HTML content conversion in tagging elements now supports the full range of modern CSS color functions syntax.

💫 Other improvements

• Print reports from common journals: added the Attachments menu item to the Docentric button group to open the All attachments form, where user can now personalize the grid by adding the caller form’s main data source columns.
• Open customer invoices form: Docentric button group with same menu items as on common journals is added to this form.
• SharePoint extended security: SharePoint Online authorization using username and password has been upgraded to modern OAuth authentication, replacing the deprecated legacy IDCRL protocol.
