After receiving the Golden Gazelle award, Ana Gligorijević and Jure Leskovec, Docentric founders and co-CEOs, sat down with Dnevnik journalist Urška Rus. They spoke about Docentric’s journey, culture, values, and leadership.
Among other things, Ana and Jure emphasized that the company’s success comes from a strong culture and shared values rather than strict hierarchies or profit-first thinking.
Jure highlighted that without such a culture impressive results would not be possible, stressing the importance of hiring people who align with the company’s values and avoiding “toxic” behavior. They explained how Docentric actively prevents toxic hires, supports flexibility and remote work, and treats employees as a community rather than just a workforce.
Ana openly addressed the ongoing issues of sexism and age bias in the tech industry and underlined Docentric’s dedication to diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility. They shared insights about the DynamicsMinds conference, a community-driven approach to business, and an upcoming product that will expand Docentric’s solutions beyond ERP into CRM.
