Pirot once again felt like one big BizApps community day. The second edition of the DUG Adriatic BizApps Community Meetup brought together nearly 100 professionals, users, and enthusiasts from across the region, with 11 speakers from Serbia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Slovenia.

Presenters shared practical stories, demos, and lessons from the field: from AX2012 to D365 migration and D365 Finance integrations to the latest updates in Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform and AI, MCP servers, and human-agent collaboration.

In their session, Jovica Živković, Technical Consultant at Docentric and Miha Vuk, D365FO Software Architect and Technical Fellow at Docentric, Founder of DUG Adriatic and DynamicsMinds Committee Member, demonstrated how to handle invoicing and emailing in D365FO beyond the basics – from sending all invoices for a billing period in one email to combining overdue invoices with account statements. Through live demo they showed customizations, and shared practical tips for making emails content-rich, personalized, and trackable.
