Create Invoices with Electronic Signature in D365FO

With D365FO and Docentric, you can add electronic signatures to PDF documents generated by both SSRS and Docentric rendering engines. Certificates used for PDF signing can be stored in Azure Key Vault or D365FO database. Appearance of electronic signatures on signed PDF documents can be configured per report template and company.

      Docentric automatically applies an e-seal digital signature on the printed PDF document when you print reports without any authentication or user interaction. This way, you can massively send documents authorized by your legal entity to customers, vendors or even internally in your company (e.g., massively sending out customer invoices).

      The e-seal digital signature is applied to a document to provide a secure, verifiable way to identify the document’s authenticity and integrity.

      Electronic signature is supported only in Full Version.

      Also note that you can digitally sign PDF documents generated by both SSRS Reporting Services and Docentric Reporting Engine.
