We are using the standard OOB (MS hosted) Azure blob storage to store our Docentric templates. Our Prod and UAT environments are identical in setup regarding this and Docentric version (3.4.8.5)
Prod is working perfectly fine to upload templates and print invoices.
A couple of weeks ago we started receiving this error in our two UAT environments:
We opened a ticket with Microsoft but because all our other documents still upload to the storage without problems, they say it’s not a MS issue. I was able to resolve the issue by deleting and reloading the Docentric reports.
Last week Friday both our UAT environments threw that error again, and this time around deleting and reloading is not resolving the issue. Is there anything we need to change in our Docentric config? Will upgrading to the latest version help?
We really need help with resolving this as we can’t test anything.
