Based on my experience, the issue with exporting your report to PDF format might be caused by certain objects in the template, such as tables, being formatted as floating instead of inline. Floating objects can sometimes result in layout problems, such as overlapping content."

After that, please check your template to see if any objects are formatted as floating. If you find any, try changing them to inline and generate the report again.
