We are receiving this error periodically when generating a Free text PDF invoice in D365.
Conversion of generated document to Pdf output format has failed. An exception occured during the conversion to ‘PdfSaveOptions’. The given key was not present in the dictionary.
Have compared settings and print mgmt selections between invoices and customers that have successfully produced invoices and finding no differences. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Based on my experience, the issue with exporting your report to PDF format might be caused by certain objects in the template, such as tables, being formatted as floating instead of inline. Floating objects can sometimes result in layout problems, such as overlapping content."

After that, please check your template to see if any objects are formatted as floating. If you find any, try changing them to inline and generate the report again.
