Two emails addresses for invoice and statements

Currently, we are emailing our customer statements to the customer’s primary email address (purpose Invoice). The same email used to email invoices. The problem is that some customers are requesting that we send invoices to one email and statements to another email address.

Any thoughts or suggestions in using Docentric to send two documents to two different email addresses.

If I understand correctly, you’re using a Customer purpose email token to retrieve each customer’s email address?

Since you’re working with two different reports - Customer Account Statement (CustAccountStatementExt.Report) and Customer Invoice (SalesInvoice.Report) - you could use separate email purposes for each.

You can define a new purpose email token and assign a different one to each report in the Docentric Email print destination. That way, you’ll have better control over which email gets used for each document.
