[Known Issue] SharePoint folder selector fails with an Unauthorized error

Affected Docentric AX version: 3.5.1.4 (older versions have other SharePoint compatibility issues due to latest infrastructure changes)

Affected D365FO version: Probably all versions (confirmed on 10.0.48, but seems to be caused by SharePoint infrastructure change)

Description: The Docentric SharePoint Folder selector (Print destination settings > File > SharePoint) fails with an Unauthorized error when browsing for a SharePoint site/folder.

An error has occurred while communicating with the SharePoint server 'docentric.sharepoint.com'.

The user is not authenticated or authorized to access the SharePoint resource. Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

Testing SharePoint connection and saving to SharePoint are unaffected.

Workaround: Locate the Site URL and Folder path via the standard folder selector (Document types form) or directly on the SharePoint site, then enter them manually in Print destination settings > File > SharePoint.

Status: Fix released in Docentric AX version v3.5.1.5. The fix applies to Tier 2 Sandbox and Production environments. It does not work on Tier 1 DEV environments, where the above workaround still applies.
