Is it possible to use DoCentric to email the person who clicked the Confirm button on the purchase tab in the purchase order screen, a copy of the purchase order that was generated when Confirm was clicked?

Regarding your question, as I see it there are two ways of handling it and they both include development:

You get the email of the person who Confirmed the purchase order within the code and include it in the data source as an additional field. You find more information about how to add additional fields to the data source here: How to Add Additional Data to a Docentric SSRS Report - Docentric AX. Then you can create a User-Defined Placeholder by utilising the newly added field and include it in one of the recipient fields in Docentric Email print destination. You again get the email of the person who Confirmed the purchase order and add it to the custom placeholder via code. Then you can use this custom placeholder in the recipient fields in Docentric email print destinations. Additionally you can consult with a functional consultant specialised in this module and see if there is perhaps a setup that would include this data in the data source in standard. If there is, then you can use that field to create a User defined placeholder as per instructions in the item 1.
