Propects in Print management setup

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to manage prints from Sales Quotation into Print management setup without success: Where I’m wrong?
I joint a Prospects table in query:

Modified the Query:

and make sure that the information in Prostect is correct

It looks like there are no print management settings for this report. Are you able to print this report without any queries? If that doesn’t work, please try Original preview.

Please let me know the results.

It prints correctly when it isn’t a Prospect or set a default configuration.

Hi David,

I am not sure if the problem is related to Docentric, as I can print this report with a conditional print management node without any problems.

It could be that the problem is related to a missing detail in standard Print management setup, so let us try to see if this is the case or not.

Please go to Report table and disable Docentric for this report (Is active > No).

Open Print management and set an SSRS destination (e.g., File), save the setting and run the report. In this case, does it run properly and without errors? Please let me know.
