Can you please direct me where to get the setup file for the Word add-in? I’ve been experiencing continuous errors in the designer and deleted the add-in so I can reload it, but can’t find the Designer setup file.
I can get the Toolkit, but when I download that I get an error on Word saying my templates are Designer.AX, not Toolkit.

While in most cases, issues like the one you described are resolved by simply reinstalling the Add-in, we have also seen situations where certain antivirus software or company security policies blocked the installation or execution of Word Add-ins. If reinstalling does not help, I recommend checking with your IT team to ensure no such restrictions are in place.
