I’m attempting to send a payment advice email to a supplier. They have an existing email address with the purpose “Business”. When I add the placeholder @Business@ in the “To” field

Based on your description, that there is an existing email in vendor contact information, you shouldn’t get the error. There must be something else but we would need more information. Would you please forward your email to support@docentric.com and we will get in contact with you and maybe go on a screen sharing session if needed.
