Error When Generating PDF Reports with Custom Templates in D365FO

Hello,

I am facing an issue while generating PDF reports using custom templates in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with Docentric. :upside_down_face:

The report generation occasionally fails and throws an error that says:; ‘Error in report generation: Template processing failed.’

The same report works fine with the default templates.I have referred How-To Manuals D365FO - Docentric AX sfmc documentation guide but still need help .

Has anyone faced a similar issue ; or have any advice into why this might be happening?
What steps can I take to troubleshoot this error?

I understand that you are receiving an error when printing a report only occasionally?

It might have something to do with report template and the data source combination. Can you share the report template you are using along with the DDSP file which is generated when the report fails?
