For company logos uploaded to D365FO and used in Docentric reports, we recommend using an image that is appropriately sized for its intended display dimensions.
Logos typically do not need to exceed approximately 2 inches high × 3 inches wide (5 × 7.5 cm) . We also suggest avoiding unnecessarily large image files.
PNG or JPG are generally suitable formats, with PNG being a good choice for logos containing text or fine details.

We also suggest generating a PDF preview of the PO confirmation to verify that the logo appears clear and correctly sized.
