I’m having trouble generating a DDSP file for the Shipper’s declaration report. I have the report set up to recognize the Report ID so I know exactly which report is generated:
However, when I print the document, no report is generated. It simply gives me this message:
I tried to temporarily change the Print management settings by going to Warehouse management > Inquiries and reports > Hazardous material shipping documentation > Shippers’ declaration, but I don’t see any option to edit the Print management settings here:
Let’s look into your case. It sounds like the issue might be related to how the report is set up. It could be that the report is configured to use only Docentric print destinations, or that Docentric print destinations are not being used at all.
Please check this setting: go to the Docentric report setup table, select the specific report, and verify the flag “Use only Docentric print destinations.” Make sure it is set to No and also that the report is activated.
Next, if that setting is already set to No, check your Preview settings. You can do this by clicking Preview settings in the report setup, under the Print destinations group.
