Is it possible to email a batch of invoices that were originally printed? If so, how?

If I understand correctly, you would like to email multiple already printed and posted invoices. And great news, indeed you can!

Please take a look at the DEMI (Docentric Emailing Multiple Invoices) solution.

You are able to select invoices for emailing by Invoice date or Invoice due date, or by Billing period, and you can choose between zipped or merged options.

Note, that you will need to install the DEMI solution first, as it is not a part of the standard Docentric AX Framework. The solution model (or project) can be found at the bottom of the mentioned article.
