Which version of Docentric are you currently using?
There is a known issue related to this, and it has already been fixed in our 3.5.0.1 version:
(3.5.0.1) Fixed an issue that caused AOS to crash when reconnecting to Azure Blob Storage. The problem occurred when the access token expired and the system attempted to retrieve a new connection string with a refreshed JWT access token on a background thread, which led to the D365FO AOS crash and restart.
If you are not on version 3.5.0.1 yet, please upgrade to the latest version first.
