Is it possible to extract or to see the list of report template to which a user-defined-label has been added ?
And more over is there a data entity that allow to transfer these links from an environment to another ?

It is not possible to track report templates to which a user-defined-label has been added.
However, if you want to transfer the user-defined labels from one environment to another, you can do that by using Docentric data entities.
