  1. Hi Albin

    Great Video!!

    These really helped me :).

How do i hide an existing field or columns in a sales invoice report in ER?

    Thanks

    Shereen

    1. Hi Shereen,

I assume that your question relates to Docentric AX Designer, which can also be used for designing templates, based on ER data models and data mappings. When you want to hide a field, you can wrap it in a conditional content (IF tagging element) and write the expression, which returns true or false; if true, the content is shown, otherwise it is hidden. Hiding a column can be achieved by applying a Visual Format properties on one of the Field tagging elements in the column which you want to hide. You need to set the target to current column and enter the expression which returns true (visible) or false (invisible). If you would like more detailed information, please send an email to support@docentric.com.
