I am working on customizing a template for a Prod route report in D365F&O and ran into this issue when loading customized report. Is there anyway to find the exact reason for this error message?
It seems we are already communicating about this via our ticketing system, so I am adding a summary here below.
You have our Docentric replica model installed and you modified one of our replicas and saved it in AOT resources. The error happens when you try reloading the template from AOT resources using the Reload system templates menu item.
It would be helpful to know whether you created a completely new Docentric template and stored it in AOT or overridden our replica. Also, have you synchronized the database after you saved the template in the AOT?
Docentric supports the following storage location for templates :
- AOT Resources
- Azure Blob storage
- File system (only for on-premises)
