On my UAT with 10.0.40 everything work perfectly fine when i installed on 10.0.39 i having error :

The symptoms you’re describing shouldn’t have occurred during the upgrade.
The connection to Docentric Azure Storage is stored in the database, which isn’t impacted by the D365FO upgrade. Do you recall any specific actions you were taking that might give us a clue as to why this happened?
It seems like somehow the record in the DocAzureStorageAccount table was added without the connection string. If you can confirm that this is true, and you don’t need it you can delete it manually.
