Email update setup (on behalf of)

Please help where can I update the setup to remove the “on behalf of” in the received email. We need to receive the email from the docentric email template setup only.

Print management setup is not used.

Email sender account should have Send as permissions set on sender address. If it has just Send as behalf permissions, you get the reported result.

For M365 users SysAdmin can set these permissions in Exchange Admin Center or in M365 Admin Center.
