Email troubleshooting

I’m using an email print destination and a print condition. Some of my emails are not going out. Where do I look to see what the problem is?

You most likely haven’t set the conditions properly. I recommend activation of Tracing, where you can Enable the following Trace Parameters:

  • TraceToInfolog

When you will run the report you will see which Print management branch has been running.
