Email Alert rules - not working

I am trying to use the enhanced functionality in the Free version of Docentric for email alert rules.

Version = 3.4.3.1

  • I have tested using standard D365FO emailing of Alerts - this works with no issues.

  • I have tested using Docentric enhancement and no email is created - tested using SEND EMAIL USING = SYNCHRONOUS

  • I have tested using Docentric enhancement and no email is created - tested using SEND EMAIL USING = EMAIL PROCESSING

Any ideas? Bug?

Hi James,

I ran some of the tests with my test environment and could not reproduce the problem. In my case, the notification was created and sent to the Docentric email destination.

Could you please check the “EventInbox” table to see if the alert was created successfully?
