Docentric printing delayed

I am having an issue with a report, it takes 5-10 minutes to print to screen. It happens maybe 2-3 times a month and after a few hours it resolves itself. All other reports are printing fine and have never had an issue.

Does anyone know what could be causing it?

Thank you for your first post on our Forum! Unfortunately, your question is too general to be able to give you a precise answer, especially since you say it only happens a few times a month.

Could you please provide some more information:

  1. Which report is this?
  2. Is it reproducible when you experience this delayed execution, meaning that you get the same delay if you run it again?
  3. Is the report based on Docentric template? If it is, please send the template to support@docentric.com.

You can also try the following:

  1. Turn the Tracing on, as described in this how-to manual: Tracing - Docentric AX
  2. Check if there are any resource bottlenecks detected, when delayed report execution occurs
