Different file format options for File print destination

Hi,

Print destination settings – Docentric | Output filename and format

Many users (see picture 1) don’t have the option to export to Microsoft Excel (as I do in picture 2). How is this possible to change?

There are several options for format selection options that depend on the template selection. If you select an SSRS design:

… you will see a different set of output file formats than with a Docentric template:​

As you can see, printing to Excel format is only supported for the SSRS designs, while the use of a Word format is only available if you use the (MS Word-based) Docentric designs, i. e. if you use Docentric Full Edition.
