CKeditor issue with latest release

Hi All - we’ve updated our system with the latest release to fix the CKeditor issue and we still have the same problem only showing an new version to update to. Is there another solution available?

  • (3.4.8.3) Fixed a security warning ‘CKEditor 4.16.1 version is not secure’ in the Docentric email body editor, by upgrading the underlaying CKEditor control from version 4.16.1 to 4.22.1.

We will look into this.
In the meantime, can you tell us which browser you are using and which version? Does it happen on a different browser, too?

Hi Dalila, yes it happens in both Chrome and Edge. I primarily use edge. Also, for your reference, I’m pasting in our version of the last release.

Hi @Dave,

With the latest version, this should be fixed, as we tested it on our machines, and all the customers confirmed that the fix helped.

In theory, there could be something in the deployment, but the first thing that came to my mind is that you might need to clear your browser cache. Try that first.
