Hi All - we’ve updated our system with the latest release to fix the CKeditor issue and we still have the same problem only showing an new version to update to. Is there another solution available?
(3.4.8.3) Fixed a security warning ‘CKEditor 4.16.1 version is not secure’ in the Docentric email body editor, by upgrading the underlaying CKEditor control from version 4.16.1 to 4.22.1.
With the latest version, this should be fixed, as we tested it on our machines, and all the customers confirmed that the fix helped.
In theory, there could be something in the deployment, but the first thing that came to my mind is that you might need to clear your browser cache. Try that first.
