Under Alert Rules setups > Docentric email settings > Email options >Email ID dropdown list, which email template it lists? System email temmplates or Organisation email templates?
In our UAT, it lists system email templates with “Alert emails” set to yes.
In our Prod, it lists organisation email templates wtih “Alert email” set to yes.
Is controlled by some settings in Docentric Parameters?

Can you please go ahead and check under the General tab of the Alert rule that you have in place if the Organization-wide option is set to Yes or No?
You should be able to select Organization or System email template to be used for creating the notification email messages. If the Organization-wide flag (3) is set to No , the available Organization email templates should be listed. If the Organization-wide flag is set to Yes , the available System email templates should be listed.
